User Persona: Administrator

Let's explore the following use case.

User Persona: Administrator
Solution
ACME expects a new Change Request from most of its clients for virtual server provision. To prepare for this implementation ACME wants to plan ahead before client submit Change Requests.

The Administrator configures Lead Period on the application which ensures proper planning for ACME. Ideally two days are required as Lead period for virtual sever provision. With streamlined processes, automated approvals, and automated provisioning steps, the lead time for virtual server provisioning is expected to decrease significantly. ACME plans and reduces this lead period to one day.
