Who is PIR Reviewer?

Post-Implementation Review is a process that typically takes place after the completion of a Change or implementation to evaluate its success, identify lessons learned, and determine whether the intended objectives were achieved.

The role of a PIR Reviewer would involve examining the project's outcomes, assessing the effectiveness of the implemented solution, analyzing the impact on stakeholders, and identifying areas for improvement.

This setting restricts the review and closure of CRs to a specific set of users based on the Change Type, Category, Workgroup, and Change Category. A Major Normal Change, for example, must be reviewed and closed only by the CIO. PIR Reviewer can be added, modified, or removed for a combination (Tenant, Change Type, Category, Workgroup and Change Category). The Change Record can only be reviewed and closed by the configured PIR Reviewer/s. If a combination (Tenant, Change Type, Category Workgroup, and Change Category) is not configured, the CAB, Change Manager, or Analysts will be able to review and close a CR.

Let's explore the following use case.
