Use Case User Persona: Application Designer | Solution |
The Application Designer Fredrick wants to create an interface so where an Analyst can create a new Service Request from an already existing incident so that it helps in to relate the context of newly raised SR. The incident INC413 was logged which mentions that end-user is unable to start the computer. After analyzing, Analyst gets to know the problem is with laptop. The Analyst should be able to raise an SR on behalf of end-user without losing the track of the already raised incident INC413. | To achieve this functionality, Fredrick, the Application Designer can drag and drop the Create Utility under Form Actions on the Form Designer canvas. Configure the required properties and Create Utility. Select the Application as ITSM, Module as Incident Management, Form as Incident Details and Form Relationship (Create new form relationship) as Convert to SR, Alias Name as Create Service Request.
