The Change Enablement module exhibited unexpected behavior after maintenance. The Collaborator Group Approval 1 option became disabled after selecting the form fields, and the Communication Plan and Communication Date fields were not populating when Communication Plan was set to Yes. The issue occurred for multiple users across Chrome and Edge.

The Change Enablement module is now working as expected. The Collaborator Group Approval 1 option remains functional after selecting the form fields, and the Communication Plan and Communication Date fields populate correctly when Communication Plan is set to Yes.
