Full Screen Mode Switch - Design View List Step - Form Designer

User Persona – Admin

A new configuration has been added in the Design List View stepper within the Form Designer.

Note

This configuration is available only for Admin users and applicable to Transaction Forms.

  • Improved Performance: Avoids unnecessary loading of the top bar and menu, reducing API calls.

  • Faster Record Access: Records open quicker in both new tab and same tab scenarios.

  • Configurable Control: Admins can enable or disable this behavior through the switch in the Form Designer.

When an Analyst changes the status of an Incident from New to In Progress, it was displaying all the Status in Drop down and later taking 1 to 2 seconds to load the transition status of In Progress.

When you are changing the Ticket status from New to In Progress status there is no delay in displaying the correct immediate Transition status of In Progress.

The Workflow and Work Order automation for the Catalog did not trigger as expected.  When a Service Request was created with defined field conditions, the workflow was not initiated, and post-approval, the application did not generate work orders on the Manage Service Request page.

The Workflow and Work Order configured for the specific catalog are triggering without any issues.

The Updated On field in the main table was not updated when an incident was canceled from the User Incident Details page.

When an incident is canceled from the User Incident Details page, the Updated On field in the main table is updated correctly.

A communication was added around midnight that should have triggered an email, but the email was not recorded in the communication history.

The issue is resolved, and the user now receives the email notification as expected.
