The Date & Time option enables users to tailor the presentation of dates and times throughout the application according to specific preferences requirements. This customization ensures that date and time information is displayed accurately and in a manner that aligns with user expectations and organizational standards. End user have the flexibility to override the date & time formatting through their Profile settings if they choose to make adjustments.
To configure the Date & Time, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Platform Studio > Platform Topology > Global Settings > Date & Time.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Time Zone* | Select the Time zone from the list. The system automatically populates the time zone based on the server's settings. This selected time zone governs timestamps across the application (e.g., logged time, updated time). |
Date Format* | Select the Date Format from the list. The selected format set the system date. This format will be used across the application for dates like logged records and updates. Users can customize this date & time display in their Profile settings if desired. |
Time Format* | Select the Time Format from the list. The selected format determines how the system displays time within the application. By default, the option is set to 12-hour format, selected via radio button. You can select between 12-hour or 24-hour formats based on your preference. |
