Define Actions

Article summary

The fourth step in the Scheduler process is to define the Actions. They are configured based on the choice of Scheduler Type selected in the General tab. There are two Scheduler Types. 

  • Custom Event 
  • Standard Event

Custom Event

When Custom Event is the chosen Scheduler Type, the following are the Actions that can be defined. 

1. Define the actions such as Create Record, Update Field, Notify Recipients and Call API.

Standard Event

When Standard Event is the chosen Scheduler Type, the Action screen displays a single action that has to be defined from the predefined drop-down menu.
