Email Configuration
Email Configuration is necessary to set up email notifications and communication for the Workgroup. It allows users within the Workgroup to receive timely updates and alerts regarding incidents, tasks, or other relevant activities. This ensures effective communication and collaboration with the user and among team members, facilitating prompt resolution of issues and efficient Workflow management.

Field Description
This table contains the list of fields and their descriptions that are available under Email Configuration segment:

| From Name | The name that recipients will see as the sender of the email. |
