Configure Response SLA Violation Reason

In Change Management Response SLA violation Reason provides a transparent explanation for the breach of the SLA. This transparent communication fosters understanding among stakeholders and emphasizes the importance of conducting thorough analyses to ensure the stability and success of critical system changes. It also guides the company in improving its processes to handle similar complex changes more efficiently in the future.
To configure response SLA Violation Reason, perform the following steps:
- Log in to the application.
- Navigate to Design Studio > Service Management > Change > Configuration > Change SLA Configs > Response SLA Violation Reason.
List of configured Response SLA Violation Reason is displayed, along with an option to configure a new.

Refer to the following table for field description:Field Description Tenant Specifies the Tenant name. CR Response SLA Violation Reason Specifies the name given to Change Response SLA Violation Reason. NoteReason for missing the agreed-upon time frame for responding to a Change Request.Description Describes the reason for Response SLA Violation. Sort Order Specifies a value in order to set the sorting position for the Response SLA Violation Reason in the list or the drop-down across the pages. NoteThe Sort Order field accepts values from 0 to 999. The Response SLA Violation Reason is executed alphabetically on the pages irrespective of the number of Response SLA Violation Reasons that are configured with the same Sort Order or without any sort order.Example- If the Response SLA Violation Reason (Change Complexity Requires In-depth Analysis) is configured with the value 1 for sort order.
- The Response SLA Violation Reason (Complex Change) is configured with the value 1 for sort order.
Then the Response SLA Violation Reason (Change Complexity Requires In-depth Analysis) is placed above the Response SLA Violation Reason (Complex Change) across all the pages.
Active Indicates that the configured Response SLA Violation Reason is Active on all the pages wherever it is been used. Default Indicates if the Response SLA Violation Reason is set as Default then this value will be considered as Default value when used across the pages.
- Click Save.
Configured Change Response SLA Violation Reason is displayed on the list.
