Adding photos to widget spaces is simple! Enhance the aesthetic appeal of your Service Portal with the Image widget.
User persona: Application Designer
Use Case User persona:Administrator | Solution |
Sandra wants to display the company logo and a few illustrations on the Service Portal. | John can drag and drop the Image widget, upload the image and configure the properties of the Image widget to fit within the designated space on the Service Portal. He should ensure that the logo and illustrations are appropriately sized to look visually pleasing and in harmony with the rest of the portal's layout. |

Configure Image widget
This section contains the list of steps using which Administrator can select the Image widget in the Service Portal through the Design Portal screen.
To configure the Image widget, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Design Portal > Widgets > Image.

- Click (Settings icon for this field) Image to view the Properties pop-up.

Properties
Application Designer can upload an image under the Properties tab. The Properties pop-up window appears as shown below.Figure: Properties
Appearance
This section contains the list of features using which the Application Designer can select Padding, Border and Dimensions.

Dimension | Select the widget's height and width from the drop-down list. You can set the height in pixels (px) and the width in both percentage (%) and pixels (px). Using a percentage for width allows the widget to fill the container's width. Figure: Dimension |
Navigate to the Service portal screen and check the configured Image widget.Figure: Image widget
