Business Risk Value Mapping

The primary objective of Business Risk Value Mapping is to identify, assess, and prioritize risks associated with changes in business processes, systems, or environments. By doing so, organizations can make informed decisions that minimize negative impacts and enhance positive outcomes.
Prerequisite
Configure Business Risk Admin Form in the Change module. For more information, refer Business Risk Value Mapping.
Configure Business Risk Value Mapping
Configuring Business Risk Value Mapping includes defining the start and end scale to determine the Business Risk. However, the Risk value list is populated from the Risk Admin Table that acts as a Data Source.
To configure Business Risk Value Mapping, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Design Studio > Change Module > Configurations > Risk Assessment > Business Risk Value Mapping.
Click New on the list page to configure Business Risk Value.

Select or enter the values in the fields.

Field
Description
Tenant
Select Tenant from the dropdown.
From Scale
Enter value of an integer, this is the minimum value of the Business Risk.
To Scale
Enter value of an integer, this is the maximum value of the Business Risk. Ensure the integer is not repeated in the From Scale in the next configuration.
Business Risk
Select a value from the dropdown. By default, this field is pre-populated with Low as a value. This dropdown list contains the values from the Risk Admin Table.
Description
Enter details about the Business Risk which includes purpose, details and its usage.
Sort Order
Enter Sort Order, based on this order the Business Risk is displayed on the List page.
Active
Enable the configured Business Risk to use in the Application. By default, this switch control is turned off.
Note
If you are configuring the first Business Risk From 1 to 3 then the second must begin from 4. For more information, refer the below example:

Click Save to add the configuration to the list page. The other action buttons are described in the below table.

Description
Click Reset to configure again by deleting the existing configured values. A popup message is displayed as below. Click Yes to Reset or No to revert to the configuration.

Click Cancel to exit the configuration page without saving. A popup message is displayed as below. Click No to stay on the same page or Yes to revert to the List page.

Click Save to add the configuration to the list page.
