Operational Risk Value Mapping

The objective of the Operational Risk Value Mapping is to systematically identify, evaluate, and manage risks that could affect the normal functioning of business operations due to changes. This enables organizations to implement changes with minimal disruption while maximizing benefits.
Prerequisite
Configure Operational Risk Admin Form in the Change module. For more information, refer Operational Risk Value Mapping.
Configure Operational Risk Value Mapping
Configuring Operational Risk Value Mapping includes defining the start and end scale to determine the Operational Risk. However, the Risk value list is populated from the Risk Admin Table that acts as a Data Source.
To configure Operational Risk Value Mapping, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Design Studio > Change Module > Configurations > Risk Assessment > Operational Risk Value Mapping.
Click New on the list page to configure Operational Risk Value.

Select or enter the values in the fields.

Field
Description
Tenant
Select Tenant from the dropdown.
From Scale
Enter value of an integer, this is the minimum value of the Operational Risk.
To Scale
Enter value of an integer, this is the maximum value of the Operational Risk. Ensure the integer is not repeated in the From Scale in the next configuration.
Business Risk
Select a value from the dropdown. By default, this field is pre-populated with Low as a value. The list is populated with values based on the Admin table.
Description
Enter details about the Operational Risk which includes purpose, operational details and its usage.
Sort Order
Enter the sort order, based on this order the Operational Risk is displayed on the List page.
Active
Enable the configured Operational Risk to use in the Application. By default, this switch control is turned off.
Note
If you are configuring the first Operational Risk From 1 to 3 then the second must begin from 4. For more information, refer the below example:

Click Save to add the configuration to the list page. The other action buttons are described in the below table.

Description
Click Reset to configure again by deleting the existing configured values. A popup message is displayed as below. Click Yes to Reset or No to revert to the configuration.

Click Cancel to exit the configuration page without saving. A popup message is displayed as below. Click No to stay on the same page or Yes to revert to the List page.

Click Save to add the configuration to the list page.
