Overall Risk Value Mapping

Overall Risk Value Mapping is a strategic approach that integrates various facets of risk such as Business Risk and Operational Risk to provide a comprehensive view of the total risk exposure faced by an organization. The primary aim of overall risk value mapping is to provide a unified assessment of risk by combining individual risk assessments such as Business Risk and Operational Risk into a cohesive risk profile.

Prerequisite

Configure Overall Risk Admin Form in the Change module. For more information, refer Overall Risk Value Mapping.

Configure Overall Risk Value Mapping

Configuring Overall Risk Value Mapping includes selecting the the Business Risk and Operational Risk Values and assigning to the final risk. The total Risk value list is populated from the Risk Admin Table that acts as a Data Source.

To configure Overall Risk Value Mapping, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Design Studio > Change Module > Configurations > Risk Assessment > Overall Risk Value Mapping.
   

2. Click New on the list page to configure Overall Risk Value.

3. Select or enter the values in the fields.

   Field	Description
   Tenant	Select Tenant from the dropdown.
   Business Risk	Select Business Risk value from the dropdown. By default, this field is pre-populated with Low as a value. The list is populated with values based on the Admin table.
   Operational Risk	Select Operational Risk value from the dropdown. By default, this field is pre-populated with Low as a value. The list is populated with values based on the Admin table.
   Risk	Select Risk value from the dropdown. By default, this field is pre-populated with Low as a value. The list is populated with values based on the Admin table.
   Description	Enter details about the Overall Risk which includes purpose, operational details and its usage.
   Sort Order	Enter the sort order, based on this order the Overall Risk is displayed on the List page.
   Active	Enable the configured Overall Risk to use in the Application. By default, this switch control is turned off.

4. Click Save to add the configuration to the list page. The other action buttons are described in the below table.

   Icon	Description
   	Click Reset to configure again by deleting the existing configured values. A popup message is displayed as below. Click Yes to Reset or No to revert to the configuration. Figure: Reset Confirmation Message
   	Click Cancel to exit the configuration page without saving. A popup message is displayed as below. Click No to stay on the same page or Yes to revert to the List page. Figure: Cancel Confirmation Message
   	Click Save to add the configuration to the list page.
