View

The View widget is available on the list page of the designer this option provides the Application Designer with various actions as explained in the following topics in the SLA Designer.

• Type
• Rules
• Value

SLA Type

To configure a View widget for the SLA Type, perform the following steps:

1.  Navigate to  Module > Designers > SLA Designer > SLA Value.
   A list of SLA Types is displayed.

2.  Click View.
   A dropdown with saved views and add new views is displayed.

3.  Click Add New View.
   An option to add a new Filter is prompted.

4.  Click Add Filter.

5.  Select values from the Filter list.

6. Click Apply.
   A New View list is displayed.

7. Click Save as New View.
   A pop-up window is prompted to add a new view name.

8. Enter View Name.
   
   
9. Click Save.

10. Click Filter Icon .
    A Filter list is displayed to view the filter.

SLA Rules

To configure a View widget for the SLA Type, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to  Module > Designers > SLA Designer > SLA Rules.
   A list of SLA Rules is displayed.

2. Click View.
   A dropdown with saved views and add new views is displayed.

3.  Click Add New View.
   An option to add a new filter is prompted.

4.  Click Add Filter.

5.  Select values from the List.

6. Click Apply.
   A new view is displayed.

7. Click Save as New View.

9. Click Save.
