Use Case
User Persona: Application Designer
Solution
The Product Management team at NovaTech is facing challenges in prioritizing features for an upcoming software release. With a long list of potential features and limited resources, the team struggles to determine which features will provide the most value to customers and align with the company's strategic goals.

To address the pain point of feature prioritization, NovaTech's App Designer, Sam configures a prioritization form using Slider Feedback Control.

The Slider Feedback Control allows team members to visually indicate the importance of each feature on a priority scale, ranging from 0 to 10. By sliding the control, team members can quickly and intuitively adjust the priority of each feature based on factors such as customer demand, business impact, and development effort.
This has helped prioritize features more effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and deliver value to customers with each software release.
