End Users are the users of the IT infrastructure. Whenever they are faced with issues in the working of the IT infrastructure, they raise incidents to report the issues. For example: slow internet, crashed computer, virus attack etc.
An End User can log incidents using the web application, mobile app (IOS and Android), Digital Agent, Email and Web Services.
The End User can perform the following actions using the Incident Management module.
Log Incidents | Update Incidents | View End User Dashboard | Search Incident | Reopen Incident |
Provide Feedback | Close Resolved Incident |
