    End Users interact with IT assets directly as part of their daily work. They can view the assigned assets, accept and reject assets, report issues, or return assets that are no longer needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accept or reject the assigned assets

    • Reporting damaged or malfunctioning equipment

    • Returning assets when they are no longer required

    • Following ITAM policies and procedures

    End User can access and perform the following actions in the Asset Management Module:

    User Dashboard

    Asset Dashboard

    Asset End User Portal

    My Entitlements

    My Assets

    My Consumables

    My Accessories

    My Software

    End User Reconciliation
