Exporting Assets to Excel

You can export the Assets to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

To export the Assets, perform the following steps:

1. Select Asset > User > Manage Asset > Asset Inventory.

2. On the ASSET INVENTORY page under the SELECT THE ASSET TYPE section, click FIXED.

3. On the FIXED ASSET page, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the required filter criteria and click SUBMIT. For more information about fields on the FILTERS pop-up page, see Searching Assets.

4. Select the check box corresponding to the Assets that you want to export. On the ACTIONS panel, click EXPORT TO EXCEL or EXPORT ALL.

Note

To export the records displayed on this page, click EXPORT TO EXCEL. To export all the records, click EXPORT ALL.
