Field Order Configuration is a configuration page where you can define the order of the fields available on the Asset Inventory and My Asset List page. In order to set the fields, you need to have the category configured on the FORM BUILDER page. For more information to create a new category, see Configuring Asset Category using Form Builder.
To configure the field order on the FIXED ASSET page, perform the following steps:
Select Asset > Configuration > Asset Masters > Field Order Configuration. Select the desired Tenant from the left pane, which is a mandatory field. The FIELD ORDER CONFIGURATION LIST page is displayed.
The LIST page consists of details of all the configured and saved templates.

The FIELD ORDER CONFIGURATION DETAILS page is displayed.
Info
In the past, the Add New functionality would overwrite any configuration that already existed, meaning only one template could exist. A new update to this functionality now allows to create new forms.
