Assets that are in movement, in the process of relocation, or whose transfer has been initiated will be classified under In Transit status.

Top Panel
Top Panel consists of following fields:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Asset Code | Asset Code is a unique alphanumeric identifier assigned to assets in the inventory. It prominently displays the assigned code, where the first two letters denote the asset type. For example: In FI000875, 'FI' signifies a fixed asset. |
Asset Status | Asset Status will be displayed as In Transit when the asset is currently in movement. |
Audit Trail captures information such as Change, Workflow, Link, Communication, BR, and Access History. Figure: Audit Trail pop-up | |
Kebab menu consists of options such as Reactivate, Send Email, Remote Asset control etc. These options are specifically displayed based on the specific validations or conditions defined. In Transit - Main Actions
Movement Pass
Movement Pass is a document providing authorization for the movement of materials within a facility, ensuring proper tracking and control of inventory. It typically includes details such as item descriptions, quantities, and the purpose of the material transfer.
Click the kebab menu on the asset details page to select Movement Pass option.

Click Movement Pass option to view and print the pass.
