To view the Fixed Assets Insights Dashboard, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Asset Management > Reports.

  2. Select Dashboards. Select the Module as Asset Management.

  3. Click and open the Fixed Asset Insights Dashboard. You can select from the various filters such as tenant, category and status.

The following table explains the reports available in the dashboard.

Field

Description

Status Summary

Displays the count of Allocated, In Store, In Transit, Inactive, In Repair, User Accepted, Deallocated, Warranty Expired, Warranty Due, Hardware Variance, Software Variance and Total fixed assets.

Status Summary Breakdown

Fixed Asset by Status

Displays the count of fixed assets by their status such as in store, in repair, allocated, inactive and in transit. The color legend is

Top 10 Category Wise Summary

Displays the count of fixed assets assigned to top 10 categories.

Top 10 Location Wise Summary

Displays the count of fixed assets assigned to top 10 locations.

Asset Allocation Trend

Displays the trend of asset allocation for users and projects. The color legend is

Allocated vs Unallocated

Displays the count of allocated and unallocated for different fixed assets.

Assets Allocated by Customer

Displays the count of fixed assets allocated to different customers.

Asset Condition Summary

Displays the percentage of fixed assets condition. The color legend is

Fixed Assets by Sub Status

Displays the percentage of fixed assets by their sub statuses.

Hardware Variance by Category

Displays the percentage of hardware fixed assets by their categories.

Aging Summary

Aging by Location

Displays the count of fixed assets aging for different locations.

Aging by Customer

Displays the count of fixed assets aging for different customers.

Aging by Category

Displays the count of fixed assets aging for different catgeories.

Inspect Data

The inspect data option is available on the data item in the dashboard.

The Inspect data opens a window that displays raw or aggregated data. 

  • Aggregated data - It displays the aggregated data retrieved from the dashboard item's data storage. 

  • Raw data - It displays the underlying raw data from the dashboard item. 

Export To

The entire dashboard or a single card in the dashboard can be exported. The available options to export are:

  • PDF - You can export the dashboard or a single card to PDF format. 

  • Image - You can export the dashboard or a single card to Image format.

  • Excel - You can export the dashboard or a single card to Excel format.

To maximize the card, click  icon.
