Subforms are ideal for entering data that has a one-to-many relationship with the main form. For instance, if you have a customer form, a Subform might be used to input multiple orders associated with that customer.

The Application Designer configures the Subform as a widget on the form designer. The column in Subforms supports dynamic Form selection which empowers customer support teams to efficiently handle a wide range of support requests, offering a user-friendly and adaptable solution for managing customer interactions effectively.

Configure Sub Form Widget

Configured Subforms improve the user experience by breaking down complex forms or interfaces into manageable sections. streamline data entry and retrieval processes by presenting relevant data fields together. This reduces the time and effort required for users to complete tasks and ensures that important data is not overlooked.

To configure a Subform as a widget in the form designer, perform the following steps:

Navigate to Form Designer > Design Form > Widgets.
Search in widgets to locate the Subform widget.

Drag and drop the Subform widget on the design canvas. Hover over the added control to access the Settings and Delete icon.
