The Application Designer configures the Subform as a widget on the form designer. The column in Subforms supports dynamic Form selection which empowers customer support teams to efficiently handle a wide range of support requests, offering a user-friendly and adaptable solution for managing customer interactions effectively.

Configure Sub Form Widget

Configured Subforms improve the user experience by breaking down complex forms or interfaces into manageable sections. streamline data entry and retrieval processes by presenting relevant data fields together. To configure a Subform as a widget in the form designer, perform the following steps:

Log in to the application.
Navigate to Home > User Dashboard.
Select Role as Application Designer from the dropdown list.
Select Module.
Select Form Designer.
Click New and select either Start from scratch or Use existing form.
Enter the required details in the appropriate fields.
Click Next.
Design Form Stepper is displayed.
