What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a comprehensive data protection law enacted by the European Union (EU) to regulate the collection, storage, and processing of personal data. It gives the users more control over their personal data. GDPR aims to provide greater protection and rights to individuals regarding their personal data, while imposing strict obligations and responsibilities on organizations that process such data.
Apex is GDPR compliant

The following fields are treated as Personally Identifiable Information, encrypted, and stored: Joining Date, Email ID, Login ID, Address, Mobile Number, and Zip Code. If any of these fields are left blank, no data will be encrypted or stored for those specific fields.
Starting from Prelude 6.2 release onwards, all instances will be GDPR enabled. For more information on enabling and disabling GDPR, please contact SymphonyAI Implementation and Support team.
