The report canvas allows you to design the reports as per the organizational needs. You can drag and drop various controls on the report canvas and configure them. You can schedule reports to be automatically delivered to designated users at specified times.
To configure a new report, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Design Studio > Click Module.
- From the drop-down select the Module for which the report will be configured.
- Select the Report option under the Report Designer.
The list of Reports configured is displayed.

- On the General Tab, enter the details. To know more about the fields, see Field Description.

Field Description
This table contains the list of fields and their descriptions that are present on the General Tab:
Field | Description |
Domain* | Select the domain for which the report has to be configured. |
Sub Domain* | Select the sub-domain for which the report has to be configured. |
Report Name* | Specify a unique name for the report. |
Report Description | Specify a brief description of the report to be created. |
Tags | Mention a label or keywords to search the reports. |
Sort Order | Specify the sort order for the reports. Based on the numeric value assigned, the dashboard will appear. Sort order is a numeric value starting from 0. |
Active | Enable the active toggle button to make the report active. |
Schedule | Enable the schedule toggle button if you wish to schedule the report. It can be either for one day or made recurring. |
An asterisk (*) represents mandatory field.
