To configure a new Service Window, perform the following steps:

Navigate to the Settings icon at the top right corner and select Design Studio.

Select the Application option from the left selection panel. Scroll down and click SLA Designer > Service Window.
Select the desired Domain and Sub Domain from the drop-down, which are mandatory fields.
Click New SLA Service Window option.

Kickstart a new configuration! Add all the initial general details required to configure a new Service window.

Field Description
This table contains the list of fields and their descriptions that are available under the General segment:

Field	Description
Name *	Provide a suitable name for the new service window.
Description	Describe the service window in this text field.
Domain *	Select the desired Domain from the drop-down.
Sub Domain *	Select the desired Sub Domain from the drop-down. Based on Domain selection the drop-down values for Sub Domain are loaded
Tenant	Select a Tenant from drop-down.
Default	Enable the Default checkbox to set the configured service window as default. When selected, all the Tenants defined in the application will be available for selection. Note The first service window created for a specific Application will automatically be set as Default. As a result, it will be preselected and cannot be deactivated. There can only be one default service window for the selected Application, Domain, Sub Domain, and Tenant combination.
Active	Enable/Disable the active checkbox as per requirement.
