Configure Location Workgroup Matrices
To configure the Location Workgroup Matrices, perform the following steps.
- Click Service Management.
- Click Settings > Design Studio.

- Navigate to Design Studio > Module > Configuration > Matrices > Location Workgroup Matrices. The admin can view the list of all configured Location Workgroup Matrices items. To learn more about managing the list page navigate to Manage Location Workgroup Matrices.

4. Click New on the right side of the page. The following page is displayed.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Tenant* | A Tenant is similar to a department within an organization that provides support related to an IT or a facility. |
Location | Choose the Location as per the requirement. This is a drop-down menu from where the location of the workgroup can be mapped. |
Workgroup | Choose the Workgroup from the drop-down menu. The workgroup pertaining to the Incident is selected for this field. |
Description | Specify a brief description of the Location Workgroup Mapping. This gives more clarity to the issue. |
Sort Order | Select the sort order in which the Location Workgroup Mapping are displayed or listed within the ITSM system when the Analysts are selecting or viewing them. |
Active | Select the check box to make the Location Workgroup Mapping available on the other pages of the application. |
Default | Select the check box to display the Location Workgroup Mapping for the selected Tenant, by default. |
5. Enter all the details and click Save.
