Mailbox Simulator

A mailbox simulator in a notification parser is a software component or tool designed to mimic the behavior of an email inbox to test and validate how notifications or messages are processed and parsed by an application. This simulator creates a controlled environment where designers can send test notifications to observe how the notification parser handles them. Designers can ensure that their notification parser functions correctly and efficiently under different conditions, enhancing the reliability and accuracy of their notification processing system.

To perform the mailbox simulation, perform the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Application > Notification Parser.
   The notification parser list page is displayed.

2.  Click Mailbox Simulator.
   Mailbox simulator is displayed.

3.  Select Mailbox.

4.  Click Connect.
   A folder dropdown list is displayed for selection.

   Note

   For the selected folder the parser rule will be run.
5.  Select Folder.
   A confirmation popup message is displayed.

6. Click Yes, Proceed.
   Mails list is displayed.

7.  Select ID.
   
   
8.  Click Run Parser.
   A confirmation message is displayed.

9.  Click Yes, Proceed.
