Configure Change Manager
You can configure Change Manager in the Change Management to tailor the Change Manager's functionalities and permissions according to their requirements.
To configure a Change Manager, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Design Studio > Module > Configuration > Others (CM) > Change Manager.
The Change Manager list page is displayed. - Click New to create a new Change Manager.
The Change Manager ID page is displayed.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Department* | Select the Department from the list. The Department configured for the Change Management is displayed. |
Change Manager* | Select a Change Manager from the drop-down list, by default configured users for the selected department is displayed. The configured manager is responsible for overseeing the Change Management process. |
Workgroup | Select Workgroup from the list of pre-configured workgroups. The is populated based on the Department. |
Default | Select the check box to display the configured Change Manager for the selected Tenant, by default. |
Active | Select the check box to make the Change Manager becomes an available option in the Change Manager list across the application. |
View Change Manager
View Change Manager enables you to view the organized structure of the created Change Manager to make it easier to understand the overall changes management practices.
To view the created Change Manager, you can navigate to Design Studio > Select Module > Configuration > Others (CM) > Change Manager.
The Change Manager list page is displayed.
