A well-crafted SLA comes with SLA Types such as Response, Resolution, and Turnaround Time for the ITSM application, which can be prioritized based on classification and category for various modules using SLA Rules. Similarly, SLA Value can be defined for Types and Rules. Upon defining the SLA standards for Types, Rules, and Values it can be managed on the list of respective pages.
