Manage User(s)

View

You can view the list of configured Users using the following options:

• Grid
• Filters
• Search

To view the list of configured portals, perform the following steps:

1.  Navigate to Platform Studio > Access Control Center> User.
   
   
2.  Enter the Domain and Sub Domain. The page displays the list of User configured for the chosen Domain and Sub Domain.Figure: View User List

Grid 

The grid provides a detailed view of the list page of the User. For more information refer to the field description table below. 

Field Description

Filters 

The Filter option present in the User allows the restriction of content based on specific criteria.

Filter icon appears as shown below.

You can click Add Filter and create a new filter for the Portal. The screen is displayed as shown below.

Select the filter value and click Apply.

Search 

The Search option on User List page helps to easily search configured Users from the View option.

Edit portal(s)

The Edit option in the User list page is used to amend the configured User.

To Edit the User, perform the following steps. 

1. Navigate to Platform Studio > Access Control Center > User.
   
   
2. Enter the Domain and Sub Domain. The page displays the list of Users configured for the chosen Domain and Sub Domain.
   
   
3. Click the + icon on the menu to edit the User views. Any alterations to the view can be made and updated.

   You can Check the Column values to display on the grid view and click Save to save the configurations.Figure: Show Columns
