Article summary

Once a Vendor is created at the domain and subdomain levels, accessing Related Records from various Modules is streamlined through the edit functionality. Upon editing the Vendor details, Designers gain a comprehensive view of associated records within the selected table from diverse modules.

To update the Vendor configuration, perform the following steps:

  1.  Navigate to Design Studio > Application > Vendor.
    A list of configured Vendors is displayed.

  2.  Click Vendor ID hyperlink to view the configuration.
    The configured details are displayed.

    Refer to the following table for action buttons:
    Action ButtonDescription
    CancelSelect Cancel to exit the editing action.
    UpdateSelect Update to save the new changes and exit the configuration screen.
    NextSelect Next to view the Related Records associated to the Customer.
  3.  Click Next to view the Related Records on the configuration.
    Table selection for the chosen Module is displayed.

  4. Select the Table from the dropdown to view the Related Records for the chosen Module.
    List of records that are related to the selected Table will displayed to choose from.
