Note
The Tree View Field Value Mapping - improvement is introduced in Crescendo 6.3.1.1 release.
Tree view field value mapping is ideal for navigating complex, hierarchical data as they visually represent parent-child relationships, allowing users to expand or collapse levels for focused and intuitive interaction.
To configure hierarchical field value mapping, perform the following steps:
Navigate to Design Studio, select the required module from Module drop-down and select Form Relation under Designers.
Under Map Fields tab of Form Relations, tree structure field mapping is available to select the source value and target value. The Map Value icon will be available for hierarchical field value mapping.

Select the required Classification from the tree view structure.

Select the required Classification from the tree view structure.

Example
Producer View
In the Producer View, the values in the Classification field for the Incident module are mapped to corresponding values in the Classification field for the Service Request module.
For example, the Issue/Application value under the Incident Classification tree is mapped to the Laptop/Android value in the Service Request Classification hierarchy.

Consumer View
Incident
In the Consumer View, create an incident by selecting Issue > Application from the hierarchical tree in the Classification field.Figure: Incident - Classification
Service Request
Open the previously created incident and create a Service Request using the Create > Service Request option.
The Classification field will default to Laptop > Android, as it is mapped to the Issue > Application classification value from the incident.

Thus, hierarchical values can be effectively mapped across modules.
