Notification Elements are individual components of a Notification, it comprises granular-level Notification Elements design such as contact cards, user persona details, and timestamps of various events. This provides an option to add new elements that support .rtf (rich text format) and more design components.
To configure Notification Elements on the Email Notification Template, perform the following steps:
Search Notification Elements.
A list of Notification Elements is displayed.Drag and drop the element from the search list to the MS Teams Body.
Select Add New.
Enter the required details such as Notification Element Name and Description.Figure: Add Elements
Click Submit.
Drag and drop the Notification Element onto the MS Teams Body.
Time related components from MS Teams Notification Elements
All the Time related components from the record display Time Zone name on the date-time field based on the record Created By. This apply to notifications generated by Workflow Designer, Business Rule Designer and Scheduler which uses MS Teams components from left panel in the designer such as Notification Elements (single chip that’s static elements), Grids (Horizontal and Vertical), and Multi-Value group grid.
Following figure has date-time fields as Notification Elements and Grids that is represented in tabular format.
