In the General stepper configuration enables the Application Designer to define the Notification Bulletin with a unique name and along with a brief description. However, the designer will be able to design the Bulletin template for a single record.

To configure Notification Bulletin template, perform the following steps:

1. Log in to the Application as an Application Designer.

2. Select Application in the Application Group.

   Dashboard screen is displayed.
   

3. Select the Settings icon from the top panel.

   List of studios are displayed.

Configure Notification Template with Bulletin

To configure Notification Template with Bulletins, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to Application > Notification Designer.
   

   Note

   By default, Bulletin Template is pre-configured in the system. The Application Designer can Clone from the list page to create a Notification Template with Bulletins.

2. Notification Template can be created in Two ways according to the requirement:

   • Basic Notification Template using New.

     Note

     This will not include Bulletins.

   • Notification Template with Bulletins using Clone.

1. Select Domain and Sub Domain on the List page.

2. Click Clone icon   from the Clone column on the list page.
   Notification Designer Details screen is displayed.

3. General stepper configuration screen is displayed.

4.  Enter appropriate values in the required fields.
   
   For more information, refer to the following field description:

   Field	Description
   Notification Name*	Name of record must be [copy]Old record name, change the name by giving a unique value name. Enter the name of the Bulletin Template. By default, [Copy] Bulletin Template will be displayed as it cloned from the pre-configured template.
   Notification Description*	Enter the details about the Bulletin template its purpose for which it is being created.
   Domain*	This value is pre-populated based on the selected Domain in the List page. If required you can change the value from the dropdown field.
   Sub Domain*	This value is pre-populated based on the selected Sub Domain in the List page. If required you can change the value from the dropdown field.
   Active	By default, Active switch is always enabled. It indicates that Bulletin template is active across the application and ready for use.
   Record Type*	Select the Type of Record from the following options: Single Record: Choosing a Single Record will display the details of only one record in the Grid view. Depending on style such as Vertical or Horizontal a Grid is represented. Multi Record: Choosing a Multi Record will display the details of multiple records in the Grid view. Depending on style such as Vertical or Horizontal representation.

5.  Click Next.
   The screen is navigated to the Medium stepper.
