Refer to the following table for Field Description:

    Field

    Description

    Parser Rule Name

Enter the name of the Notification Parser.
Example: If you want to convert an Email to a Ticket then you can name it as "Mail to Ticket".

    Parser Description

Provide a brief description about the Parser.

    Execution Order

Provide a numerical value for Execution Order. The system will trigger the notification parser based on the highest defined order.
    Let’s consider the following scenarios:

    • Parser with different Order number:

Let’s assume if the same Domain has Three parsers configured with the Execution Orders 100, 200 & 300. If it meets the condition of the Execution Order then, the system will first trigger the Notification Parser with the highest Execution Order that is 300 and if it’s not available or not working then the system will trigger the next highest parser order of 200.

    • Parser with the same Order number:

Execution Orders can be overlapped that is, a same value number can be used for more than once as an Execution Order. In this case the system will select the parser which is updated most recently.

    Domain

The Domain field is pre-populated from the selected value in the list page. However, this value can be changed from the dropdown.

    Sub Domain

The Sub Domain field is pre-populated from the selected value in the list page. This value can be changed from the dropdown.

    Tenant

The Tenant field is pre-populated from the selected value in the list page. This value can be changed from the field dropdown.

    Active

A Parser can be made Active/Inactive by clicking the Active switch. By default, this be Active while configuring a new Parser. If this is Inactive then, the Parser won’t be triggered by the system.

    Configure Source

Select Email as the source of configuration. This indicates that the Parser is applicable for Emails.
