The View widget is available on the list page of the application this option provides the Application Designer with various actions as explained in the following topics of the Notification Parser.

Filter

Filters on a view list page are essential tools for refining and customizing data displays. They save time by allowing users to quickly locate specific records or information without scrolling through extensive lists.

To add a new filter, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Home > User Dashboard.

  2. Select Designer as Role.

  3. Select Application.

  4. Select Notification Parser.

  5. Select Tenant.
    A list of configured parsers is displayed. Figure: Notification Parser List

    Note
    A column named "No. of Records Impacted" contains the count of the total number of records impacted for the configured parser.

    Upon clicking on the No. of Records Impacted, the details of records impacted are displayed as shown in the following:

  6.  Select View.
    An option to Add a New View and a list of created views is displayed.

  7. Click Add New New.
    An option to add a filter is displayed.

  8.  Select the list of items from the search field.

  9.  List Item is mapped using conditional operator

  10.  Click Apply.
    The applied view is displayed.

  11.  Click  Save as New View.
    Application Designer is prompted to name the view.

  12. Enter the View Name.

  13. Click Save.
