Notification parser is configured to extract relevant information from an email to Approve, Update or Create a record.
User Persona: Application Designer / Application Administrator
Use Case | Solution |
ACME Services Application Designer Christie wants to automate the workflow process after business hours from new users and system events. | Christie configures a parser rule on a mailbox for all the incoming emails from new users and system events to create a new Incident ticket with low impact. |
Language Support
All the parsed mails has the capability to support local languages through the Mail.
How the Language Functionality works in Notification Parser?
For the Language to take effect, you will have to enable the desired language in the outlook settings.
To add the Language, perform the following steps:
Navigate to your Outlook > Settings > General > Language and time.
Figure: Outlook Language SettingsSelect Language in the Outlook settings and click Save.
Select Forward (in French Translate).

Subject Tag changes to accordingly.

Prerequisite
Email Notification Parser requires a mailbox to process the incoming emails for parsing hence, a mailbox should be configured to select during the configuration. For mailbox configuration, refer to Mailbox.
