The widgets under Service Portal enhance the user experience by making it more intuitive and easier to use.
You can perform the following functionalities under Service Portal.
Drag and drop Layouts and Widgets
The drag and drop process typically involves three steps:
- Select the widget by clicking on it and holding down the mouse button.
- Drag the widget to the desired location by moving the mouse while still holding it.
- Release the mouse button to drop the widget into the layout container.
Configure Layouts and Widgets
You can configure widgets to customize and personalize the design and content of a dashboard.
They provide a range of options and settings that users can adjust to meet their specific needs and preferences.
Edit Layouts and Widgets
It allows you to create customized content for a dashboard.
Using the edit option, you can easily adjust properties such as changing images, applying overlay images to videos, or modifying the background image of the portal interface.

Delete Layouts and Widgets
You can remove or delete layout or widget elements that contain irrelevant or outdated content.

Live Preview
Live Preview in Service Portal lets you instantly preview changes you make to a widget or layout.
It gives the means to see changes before they are published or made available to the public.

Preview Portal
Preview option in Portal allows for instant evaluation of portal functionality, usability, and appearance across devices such as Desktop, Tablet, or Mobile. When you click Consumer button, you can experience the exact look and feel experienced by consumers. Refer to the GIF for more information.
View Change History
Change History option allows you to track modifications or changes made to any widget, layout, or general details in the Service Portal.
It also provides information about who made the change, what was changed, and when it occurred.
