Configure RCA Deadline Violation Reason
Configuration of RCA Deadline Violation Reason helps to identify the underlying causes as to why the RCA deadlines Problem management are not met. This enables to address specific issues proactively, leading to more effective problem-solving and service improvement.
To configure RCA Deadline Violation Reason, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Design Studio > Select Module > Problem > Configurations > Problem SLA Configs > RCA Deadline Violation Reason .
The RCA Deadline Violation Reason list page is displayed. Click New.
