Get great insights into your service with customized Reports and Dashboards!
Report Designer is a module-level designer that allows the Application Designer to design and customize various reports and dashboards. It enables functionalities such as creating, editing, maintaining, publishing, and deleting reports and dashboards. The reports and dashboards generated by a report designer provide valuable insights and analysis of various aspects of ITSM processes, helping organizations make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and monitor performance.
In Apex the report designer enables the users to create and customize reports and dashboards as per their requirements. The reports and dashboards can be exported to Excel, PDF, and images. It enables the Application Administrator and Application Designer to grant and revoke access to users.
