Overview

Notifying recipients based on URL settings for Managed Service Providers (MSP) often involves setting up automated notifications based on specific conditions or configurations defined by the URL parameters. 

The hyperlinks attached in the notification should be as per the respective customer instead of a generic hyperlink. Emails are segregated based on customer and language.  

Prerequisite: 

The app setting key must be set to true. "MSPUrl:isBaseUrlByCustomer": true.  

if this key is set as true, we will receive the email with hyperlink based on the customer base url , but if it is set as false then we will get the default hyperlink. For more information refer Hyperlink.  

Configure Scheduler  

1. Navigate to Design Studio > Module > Scheduler.
2. Click New.  
3. Enter all the required information in the General step. Click Next.  
4. Fill in the required information based on desired frequency in the Frequency step. Click Next.   
5. Choose the Conditions as desired. Click Next.  

• Choose Notify Recipients from the Actions step. When notification contains hyperlink and customer has MSP configuration, the notified recipients should be based on recipient wise URL mapped to User and Customer configuration.
