Tags enable you to create or attach labels to records such as Incidents, Service requests, Change requests, etc. Tags can be of various types such as visible to a single user (Myself), visible only to specific groups or users (Specific Workgroup), or visible to any user (global) of the configured Tenant. Tags are typically attached for identification purposes, grouping similar records, or providing specific information.
Application Designer can add or update tags based on the requirements.
