Platform Dashboard

Platform dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all configured domains, subdomains, and tenants. It displays detailed counts of domains, subdomains categorized by domain, and tenants linked to each domain, offering a centralized view for efficient management and monitoring across your IT environment. This dashboard streamlines tracking and ensures seamless organization of domain-related data.Figure: Platform Dashboard
To navigate to Platform Dashboard, perform the following steps:
Log in to Apex.
Select the module.
Click > Platform Studio.
The main components of the Platform Dashboard are: Domains, Sub Domains, Tenants, Applications, and Manage Platform.
Domains
Domains card also displays the count of total Domains configured.

Sub Domains
Sub Domains card displays the count of total Sub Domains configured.

You can also view the number of Sub Domains configured in each of the Domains and access them from the Dashboard itself. Refer the following screenshot: Figure: Sub Domain by Domains card
To access the Sub Domains for a specific Domain, perform the following steps:
Log in to Apex.
Select the module.
Click > Platform Studio.
Click on the specific Sub Domain card to navigate to the Sub Domain list page.
Navigate to other Sub Domains configured for different Domains by clicking on the Carousel navigation arrow. Refer the following screenshot: Figure: Sub Domain by Domains - Platform Dashboard
Each of the Sub Domain by Domains card displays the Domain name and number of Sub Domains configured under that Domain. Refer the following screenshot:

Tenants
Tenants card displays the count of total Tenants configured.

You can also view the number of Tenants (Departments) configured of each of the Sub Domains and access them from the Dashboard itself.
To access the Tenant (Department) for a specific Sub Domain, perform the following steps:
Log in to Apex.
Select the module.
Click > Platform Studio.
Click on the specific Departments by Sub Domain card to navigate to the Department list page. Each of the Departments by Sub Domain card displays the name of the Sub Domain and number of Tenants configured under that Sub Domain. Refer the following screenshot:

Note
Display the Departments to the consumer in the sequence determined by the specified Sort Order.
For Example, if the sort order for a department is set to '2,' it will appear in the second position in the options list for the end user.
Application
Platform Dashboard provides quick and easy access to all the Applications configured. The Application card displays the count of application configured. Figure: Platform dashboard - Application
You can also directly navigate to the Application Dashboard by following the below steps:
Log in to Apex.
Select the module.
Click > Platform Studio.
Navigate to Dashboard > click Application. Refer the following screenshot: Figure: Application dashboard
Each of the Applications' card displays the number of Modules, Users count, and status (whether Published or not). Refer the following screenshot:

Click to view details like App URL and Last Accessed. You can also copy these details by clicking. Refer the following screenshot:
