Solution
NovaTech HR needs their dedicated space and data to manage their Department within their Department Group to function and maintain the records.

Fredrick the Super Admin creates a Department Group named NovaTech HR and using this group he further creates four Departments named as NovaTech Onboarding which captures details of the employee to communicate independently, NovaTech Insurance to maintain and track the policy details, NovaTech Payroll for finance related and NovaTech Employee Engagement which  assist Employees for connecting with the organization.
