User Persona - End User

You can log in to the Apex Client using the following platforms on the Pre-Login page.

Android Login

You can login Apex Client on the Android mobile for more robust and efficient process. To log in using the following roles on the Apex Client’s pre-login page:

  1.  User

  2. Technician

User

To log in to the Android App using a User, refer the following steps:

  1. Click theApex Client App icon.
    The Apex Client Pre-Login page is displayed.

  2. Enter your valid and configured Domain / Email ID and click Submit.
    The Login page of the Apex Client is displayed.

Technician

To log in to the Android App using a Technician, refer the following steps:

  1. Click theApex Client icon.
    The Apex Client Pre-Login page is displayed.

  2. Click thecorresponding to the role text field.
    The list of configured roles are displayed.

  3.  Select Technician option from the list.
    An option to select the instance is displayed.

  4.  Select the instance radio-button based on the requirement and click OK to login.
    The selected instance (Production or Staging) Log in Page is displayed.

iOS Login

You can login Apex Client on the iOS mobile for more robust and efficient process. In the Apex Client Pre-login page, you can login using following roles:

  1.  User

  2. Technician

User

To log in to the Android App using a User, refer the following steps:

  1. Click theApex Client icon.
    The Apex Client Pre-Login page is displayed.

Technician

To log in to the iOS App using a Technician, refer the following steps:

  1. Click the Apex Client icon.
