Publish is the third step to publish the created dashboard. You can choose to publish the dashboard to a specific audience or everyone by using the publish tab.
The publish page is displayed.

Publish Status
The Publish status has two options to publish the dashboard.
- Designed - The status of the report is designed when you are editing the report. The report is not published yet, hence it is available for the analyst or user to consume the report.
- Published - You can design the dashboard and click Publish to publish the dashboard. When the dashboard is in the published status, it is available for the analysts or users to consume the dashboard.
After the Dashboard is published, it is visible on the Dashboard List page.
