Publish

Publish is the third step to publish the created report. You can choose to publish the report to a specific audience or everyone by using the publish status and publish feature.

Publish Status 

The Publish status has three options to publish the report. 

• Designed - The status of the report is designed status when you are editing the report. The report is not published yet hence it is available for the analyst or user to consume the report.
• Published - You can design the report and click published to publish the report. When the report is in the published status it is available for the analysts or users to consume the report.
