Article summary

Publish the configured service window to the required module. This step allows you to push and publish the configured service window across multiple modules.

Upon heading to Publish stepper, the following screen is displayed. The status will be in the Designed state.

Note
The Module field will automatically capture the selection made in the previous stepper.

After the publish action is successful, the following status change will be displayed.

Let's understand how the status transition of service window state from the following table:

What do these states imply? Read on to know more.

1. Designed ⚙️
This is the initial configuring state where the changes can be made in the configuration.

2. Published 📰
In this state, the configured service window will be pushed / published to all the selected modules across the application. No changes or edits can be made in this phase. 

3. Maintenance 🛠️
Configured service window can be moved to maintenance state from published state if there is a need to edit or make changes.

4. Retired ➖
This state indicates that the configuration is retired. No further edits or changes can be made in this state.
