Publishing the tags can categorize and prioritize incidents, service requests, problem records, change records, etc. The published tags are available to be used for the different ITSM modules.
The last step to use the tags is to publish them.
Enter all the mandatory details and click Submit to save the tag.
The Publish To the page is displayed.

Module
The module dropdown lets you choose one or more modules for which the tags can be published. Click the dropdown and select the modules.

User
The user dropdown has various operators to publish the tags to various options such as module, location, workgroup, tenant, etc.
This table contains the list of items and their descriptions that are available under the Design Tab:
Publish By | Publish To |
---|---|
Global | Allows you to publish the tag as global. It is reflected across all the modules. |
Myself | Allows you to publish the tag to the individual who created the tag. If it is published to Myself, the tag is unavailable for other analysts. |
Workgroup | Allows you to publish the tag to one or more available workgroups. All the members of the workgroup will have access to the tags. |
Module | Allows you to publish the tag to one or more modules. |
Tenant | Allows you to publish the tag to one or more Tenants. |
Location | Allows you to publish the tag to one or more Locations. |
User List | Allows you to publish the tag to one or more User Lists. |
User Group | Allows you to publish the tag to one or more User Groups. |
