The configuration options offered by a software platform or system intended to integrate different tools, applications, or data sources are referred to as "settings for an integration hub." An integration hub facilitates smooth data flow and automation by enabling communication and collaboration between various systems (such as marketing platforms, CRM, and ERP).

Settings

Administrators and users can usually modify an Integration Hub's settings to control how various systems and apps connect, communicate, and exchange data.

1. Navigate to Platform Studio > Integration Hub > Settings.Figure: Settings

2. Go to the Settings tab and the following page is displayed. For more information, refer to the table below.

Settings
These refer to the organization and management of of the integration process across different stages and contexts. For more information, refer to the table below.

FieldDescription
Environment Type*Choose from the list of three environment types.
Dev: The environment used to design integrations.
Prod: The live environment where integrations are actively used.
Test:The controlled environment used to test integration workflows before they go live.

Workspace Id*Workspace ID is an identifier that distinguishes between different workspaces or tenant instances within an Integration Hub.
Dev Workspace Id*This is a unique identifier that represents a specific development workspace within the platform. 

User Role Mapping

An Integration Hub's User Role Mapping outlines how certain individuals or user groups are given particular roles, access levels, and permissions to the hub's functionalities and integrations.

FieldDescription
UserSelect the user for mapping to roles in the Integration Hub Settings. 
RoleAssign a role to the user based on the permissions. For example, Admin, Analyst, or Operator. 

The following validation message is displayed when records are not entered in the mandatory field.

After updating all the required details, click Submit and we get the following validation message. 

 

User Access List

An Integration Hub's User Access List lists the roles or users that are authorized to access particular platform capabilities, data, or settings. By allocating rights by user roles or specific requirements, it contributes to environment management and security

The Edit icon can be used to edit the user access list.

The delete icon can be used to delete the records from the user access list.
